Located on a natural peninsula in the North Sound, maximising the wraparound sea views of their five bedroom, seven bathroom home was a priority for the owners. Designed in close collaboration with them, the unexpected angles and split levels ensure the sea is visible from almost every room, whilst elsewhere design details and concepts seen on their travels have been incorporated.

The original two-storey design was ultimately upgraded to a three-storey design in order to achieve the desired roof overhangs. This created space for a home gym, office and playroom to be added on the top level, with views across the treetops and sea on both sides.
